The Gold Coast SUNS have emerged from last week’s round of matches without any major injuries.
Alex Sexton received a knock to his knee in the VFL, but is expected to be available for selection.
“Alex had a collision in the VFL match on the weekend and was quite sore following that,” GC SUNS Head Physiotherapist Lindsay Bull said.
“He’s been assessed since then and has a contusion on his knee, but is improving well and is expected to be available for selection this weekend.”
Dynamic forward Joel Jeffrey is approximately four weeks away from a return, while Bodhi Uwland has commenced rehab on his hamstring injury and is estimated to be sidelined for four weeks also.
