The Gold Coast SUNS have locked in its final 23-player squad for Sunday’s Gather Round fixture against GWS at Adelaide Hills.
Bailey Humphrey has been named to return after missing the Round 2 clash with a shoulder complaint.
Humphrey’s inclusion means there are seven changes from the SUNS’ last outing against the Western Bulldogs.
As confirmed on Thursday evening, Academy products Ethan Read, Will Graham and Sam Clohesy will play their first AFL games while Jarrod Witts and Malcolm Rosas Jnr both return to the side after missing Round 2. Mac Andrew has also been named for his first AFL match of 2024.
On the emergency list is Rory Atkins, Sam Day and Darcy Macpherson.
David Swallow is set to make history on Sunday as the first player to play at 22 AFL/VFL venues in what will be his 224thAFL game.
Sunday’s match in the Adelaide Hills gets underway at 12:30pm AEST and will be broadcast live on Fox Footy, Kayo and the Seven Network (check your local guide).
