Defending AFLW Club Champion Claudia Whitfort has been named to return for the first time since Round 5 in what will be her 50th AFLW match.
Whitfort has missed the last three matches through concussion and is one of two inclusions for the date with the Swans, alongside Clara Fitzpatrick who was a late out for last weekend’s QClash through illness.
The pair come in to the side in place of Niamh McLaughlin (suspended) and Maddy Brancatisano (omitted).
Brancatisano is listed as an emergency alongside Ella Smith and Jordan Membrey.
The SUNS and Swans share a 1-1 win-loss record against each other with the most recent meeting being last season’s Elimination Final.
