After last week’s loss to the Giants, the match committee could be set to make several changes ready to take on the Saints on Saturday.
Midfielder Jarryd Lyons was back in form in the NEAFL on the weekend collecting 38 disposals, eight tackles and a goal, showing strong potential for selection this week.
Coach Stuart Dew commented on Lyons' form this morning when he was asked by the media.
"He’s definitely in the mix, he had a strong game last week and previously to that against Southport he battled away so I thought he was a lot better on the weekend in the NEAFL against quality opposition." Dew told the press.
Josh Schoenfeld was also able to pick up two votes in the NEAFL MVP whilst Jacob Dawson once again showed a consistent performance with 28 disposals.
Peter Wright and Sean Lemmens have been proving their match fitness in the NEAFL after returning from injury and will be eager to break back into the seniors for the first time this year.
