Three SUNS have polled AFL Coaches Association votes from the Round 18 match against Carlton.
Vice-captain Touk Miller battled all day in the midfield with 27 disposals, nine marks and 11 tackles to be rewarded with three votes.
Fellow midfielder Will Brodie also polled three votes for his 26 disposals, four marks and 10 tackles, but his day was ended early with a hamstring injury.
Co-captain Jarrod Witts received two votes for his performance, recording 46 hitouts and 12 disposals.
Carlton’s Liam Jones received the maximum 10 votes for his role in defence, while Ed Curnow (five), Harry McKay (four), Sam Walsh (two) and Michael Gibbons (one) also polled votes.
Every round, the AFL coaches vote for the best players from their game.
The coaches vote for five players, giving them a mark from 1-5.
The maximum a player can score is 10 (with five votes from both coaches).
