Five senior SUNS players come into Stephen Daniel’s NEAFL side this week to face the Giants at Metricon Stadium.

Keegan Brooksby will return for round six after travelling to Melbourne last week as the emergency player.

Jack Bowes, Brayden Fiorini and Matt Shaw all return after being relegated from the senior team.

Mitch Hallahan has proved his fitness and will round out the 15 listed players named for Saturday.

The SUNS and Giants clashed in round one of the NEAFL, where Gold Coast started strong but couldn’t hold off the Giants on their home turf.

Both teams will be hungry for a win to improve their ladder positioning before the first rotation of byes start in the coming weeks.
