Gold Coast midfielder, Aaron Hall has once again topped the SUNS’ AFL Fantasy scoring charts with a 117 point outing in the club’s game against Melbourne.
Hall gathered 29 possessions together with a goal and is proving to be a consistent Fantasy scorer, now sitting with an average of 107 points.
As a result, he comes with a hefty price tag of $608,000. Hall looms as a great option for those looking to upgrade a rookie to a premium, as a running midfielder who knows where the goals are his scores should remain solid for the remainder of the year.
In a disappointing day for the SUNS where only two players were able to crack the ton, Brandon Matera continued to build on his start to the year with 105 points.
His value has increased $50,000 so far this season and he is still affordable at $446,000 but surprisingly is only selected by 2.4% of AFL Fantasy coaches.
The small forward appears a great point of difference in the forward half of the ground, where admittedly finding such a player has proved hard to achieve for coaches this year.
Jarrod Witts (97) and Michael Barlow (93) continued their good form and are two of the SUNS most consistent AFL Fantasy scorers thus far.
ROOKIE WATCH
Academy product, Brad Scheer played his third AFL game in round 10 and will be looking to try to cement a permanent spot in the senior side.
At just $174,000, he could be a great option for those looking to downgrade to a rookie for the second half of the year.
The Gold Coast local has a breakeven of just 18 and as his confidence grows week by week, look for both his scores and price to as well.
