Gold Coast SUNS star, David Swallow has told goldcoastfc.com.au, that the match agasint North Melbourne will be extremely special for him and his brother, Kangaroo, Andrew Swallow.
“While the hype surrounding our match doesn't match that of our inaugural game at Metricon against Geelong, it's a match that is just as special for me.
Swallow said that it will be the first time he has played against Andrew at any level and hope it’s the beginning of a great rivalry.
“Hopefully it will be the start of a great individual rivalry between Andrew and I, and between the SUNS and North Melbourne.
“The night will be even sweeter if we can notch up our third win for the year and the teams first win at Metricon Stadium in front of our members and fans.
Swallow urged GC SUNS fans to be out in force at Metricon Stadium on Saturday night.
“We think we can win every game we play, and to help us achieve that, we'd love to see as many SUNS fans in the stands on Saturday night.
“The support we received during our first game at Metricon Stadium was sensational and I believed played a major role in helping us to get off to a great start against the top of the table Cats,” Swallow added.
