The NAB AFL Draft Combine commenced today at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium.

Formerly the Draft Camp, the Combine is the ultimate test for young footballers aspiring to be picked in the 2012 NAB AFL Draft, on Thursday November 22 on the Gold Coast.

Gold Coast SUNS List and Strategy Manager Scott Clayton will be joined by Recruiting Manager Dom Ambrogio for the length of the Combine. GC SUNS coach, Guy McKenna and General Manager Football Operations, Marcus Ashcroft will also attend along with members of the SUNS High Performance team.

Under the direction of the Australian Institute of Sport, and with athletic testing predominantly conducted on a hardwood sports performance floor, 120 outstanding prospects from across the country will show their potential at the national-level Draft Combine.

A further 130 will be tested in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth in the week following, as AFL clubs fine-tune their selection order for the NAB AFL Draft.
