On the back of Gold Coast’s ultra-impressive 25 point victory over Geelong on Saturday night, seven SUNS players scored 100 or more AFL Fantasy points.

That’s right, seven players; led by the running machine, Aaron Hall.

The midfielder scored a huge 156 points on the back of his 32 possession, one goal game which saw him not only the highest scoring SUN but the third highest scorer over the entire competition for round seven.

Hall is a consistent AFL Fantasy scorer, kicking goals on the back of multiple possessions, leading to big scores across the season that has seen his value rise $10,000 so far.

After a couple of quieter weeks in the Fantasy scoring ranks, big man Jarrod Witts was back with a convincing score of 121 following his dominant ruck display.

The 24-year-old has been one of the pickups of the year, with an average of 86.7. His value has already risen a mammoth $111,000 keeping the 11.8% of Fantasy coaches more than happy with their investment on Wittsy at the start of the year.

Gary Ablett and Michael Barlow (120 and 112 respectively) continued to live up to their reputations of being the SUNS’ consistent kings but it is running wingman, Alex Sexton who continues to fly under the AFL Fantasy radar.

Looking for a point of different against your rivals? Alex Sexton might just be your man.

The Queenslander has come on in leaps and bounds in 2017 and his value has already increased by $31,000 following an average of 93 points in his last three rounds alone.

Sexton is selected by just 0.76% of Fantasy coaches and with a breakeven of merely 29 points for Sunday afternoon’s game against Port Adelaide, look for his value to continue to grow in the coming weeks.
