A range of sensational performers have put their hands up for the Austworld Player of the Round in Saturday’s 19-point win against Carlton.

Once again, Touk Miller had the ball on a string, racking up 35 disposals to go with a pair of goals and a game-high seven score involvements.

Only Miller got more of the ball than Noah Anderson who was at his bullish best around the contest in midfield, finishing with 30 touches and nine clearances.

It was the perfect icing on the cake, but Wil Powell’s Goal of the Year contender late in the last quarter was almost overshadowed by a superb outing across defence, highlighted by a huge one-on-one win when the going got tough at half-back in the final term – he finished with 29 touches.

He partnered beautifully with Sean Lemmens in defence who showed a calm and collected presence when the pressure gauge rose under the Marvel Stadium roof.

In his first outing for the SUNS, Jacob Townsend joined Miller as the SUNS only multiple goalkicker for the day to go with four score involvements.

Brayden Fiorini also continued a purple patch of recent form with a game-high 11 tackles, 23 touches and six score involvements.

Here’s your time to pick our Austworld Player of the Round for Round 21.
