In great news for Gold Coast SUNS members, the Queensland Government has given the green light for 6,500 fans to attend the Round 4 home match against the Fremantle Dockers on Saturday June 27.
As a result, the SUNS are now able to open up access to even more valued members to cheer the team on at Metricon Stadium.
All game access members including Reserved Seat holders, General Admission, SUNSCREAMERS, AFL Club Support, 3 Game and Flexi Pass holders as well as SUNS Supporter members will be eligible to redeem a ticket to this match.
It is important to note that due to the impact of COVID-19 membership benefits, particularly relating to match day, have changed. As a member you should have received information outlining your membership options in mid-May. This included pledging your membership in full, pledging your membership in part or crediting your membership towards next year.
Those members who have opted to credit their membership towards 2021 or requested a refund will be given the opportunity to reinstate their membership to gain access to tickets to SUNS home games this year.

2020 COVID-19 Membership Options – Important Information
It is important to note that due to the impact of COVID-19, membership benefits for this season have changed.
Members have been provided with a number of options for their 2020 membership. These options include;
- pledging your 2020 membership to the Club,
- pledging part of your membership to the Club and taking a partial credit into 2021,
- converting to a different membership type,
- partial refunds and
- cancellation with full refund (less admin fee).
To gain access to GC SUNS home matches this season, members must have at minimum pledged 50%* of their 2020 membership to the club.
You have until the 31 July 2020 to make your choice, enabling you to take the time to carefully consider the option that is most suitable for you. For more information about the options for your membership please click here.

2020 Members SUNS Shop vouchers & SUNS Passes
Whilst members are making their choice on their membership status, 2020 SUNS Shop member vouchers have been deactivated.
Once you have made your selection, those eligible will receive a new voucher. These will be sent by email to members from this week.
We have also made improvements to our online SUNS Shop and once received, your member voucher can be redeemed online. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and the changes to the season and venue requirements, 2020 SUNS Passes are no longer applicable. Based on the option chosen for your membership this year, additional SUNS Pass benefits will be extended to members in 2021.
